Commercial Reinvestment Nomination Form

New commercial investment by an existing Ankeny company or expansion or improvements by an existing company. A rule of thumb for this award is that “dirt has to have moved” prior to an award being given. The intent of this rule is to avoid giving an award to a project that doesn’t actually result in a completed project as some may be planned but not developed. Awards are also focused on larger commercial and industrial projects. Retail and spec projects do not qualify.
